    Lovely recipe, Naomi.

I was interested in the benefits you listed for the ginger. It reminds me, again, how food is another kind of medicine…supporting as well as nourishing our bodies.

We do tend to forget (and need lots of reminders) that what we put into our bodies either helps or hurts us.

    Thanks.

    Hi Chef Naomi,

What a great article, I loved reading it!
This post came just in time as I didn’t have any idea of what do to with fishes. I usually cook them in the oven with pepper, and salt and garlic too. My children got fed up of the same recipe. It’s time to make some changes in the kitchen:) I will definitely try the fish with ginger this week end! I am sure they will love it!
Thank you for this excellent post!
