  2. Garlic (qty=2 gloves) – crushed
  3. Cinnamon powder (½tsp)
  4. Soy sauce (1tbs)
  5. Sweet chilli sauce (125 ml)
  6. Vinegar: non-alcoholic cider vinegar (60ml)
  7. Salt to taste

  • Coriander leaves (4 branches); (fresh and finely chopped)

The Directions (in Easy steps)

  1. Place the ginger, garlic, cinnamon powder, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, vinegar, salt and the finely chopped coriander leaves in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well and let stay for 5 minutes.
  3. Now place the beef ribs in a large shallow dish.
  4. Then pour the mixture on the beef ribs.
  5. Cover tightly, refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight or even freeze if need be).
  6. Place marinated beef ribs on barbecue.
  7. Let grill for about 30 minutes or until browned all over.
  8. Turn upside down on and off as required.
  9. Serve hot with fresh salads.

Tips:

Instead of cider vinegar, non-alcoholic white balsamic vinegar can be used.
